29 Ways To Stay Creative

My daughter is in a competition

And how do I feel about that?  I like that she is pitting herself out there but hopefully more against herself instead of others.  Although that’s being really idealistic.  What do i tell her?  Go and knock em all out.  Enjoy the process, never mind if you win or lose.  it’s the journey, not the destination. In it to win it Baby!

What I really want to say is watch yourself. See how you are when you’re winning. See what you do when you lose.  That for me is the best part about my daughter being in a competition.

Now the truth.  i want her to win! haha. Nuf said.

Carlos Celdran, a well-known artist/actor/tour guide in Manila has been charged, at the urging of the Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines, with the crime of  ”offending religious feelings.”

Can you say Catholic Taliban?

WET AND WILD CONCERT W JOHN MAYER.

Drenched from the rain. Totally worth it. It’s great when you can share music you love with your friends AND your kids.  John Mayer made that happen tonight.

"MANTRA FOR THE WEEK. Begin to recite inwardly the following phrases directed to yourself.
You begin with yourself because without loving yourself it is almost impossible to love others.
May I be filled with loving-kindness.
May I be well.
May I be peaceful and at ease.
May I be happy."

you can’t run away from change.. sooner or later it will catch up on you.
and then what.. well, it’s okay..things need to change for it to be better. don’t stay too long in your comfort zone. that’s never good.
